Varies a lot ...: A 'normal' male total testosterone (t) level is about 250 to 700 + (ng/dl). Most labs don't measure free testosterone accurately. Some guys have a testosterone level that's lower with a normal semen analysis, and some guys with sperm problems have a normal testosterone level. See a rei or a urologist. The t level needed for fertility may be lower than what a man needs to feel good (sex drive, ed).
