Yes - think PCOS: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is a constellation of issues, one of which is hyperandrogenism or too much testosterone, resulting in acne & infertility. Pcos is also complicated by obesity & Insulin resistance. Talk to your family doc about options for overall health and to reproductive endocrinologist for fertility concerns.

Not really!: It is an associated problem: polycystic ovary disease which is usually cassictaed with high testosterone!
