See your doctor: Not sure if "everything known to man" includes antibiotics, but definitely see your doctor and get a urine culture to see if you need a more specialized antibiotic. In addition, some people develop interstitial cystitis, where they have the symptoms without a true infection; your doctor will help determine this. Good luck!
