Repeat laser is ok: Many patients require a second round of laser to further reduce pressure. This holds true for both slt and alt type lasers (the two most common types of glaucoma laser). In addition, topical medications may still sometimes be required.

Yes: Laser can be repeated, and eye drops may work too. If those have failed, surgery may be the best option.
