It is not likely: The daughter will have these same issues. Most patients respond to drop therapy and about 80% respond to laser therapy.

Probably good: If caught early and carefully followed she should do well. We have medications, laser as well as surgical options. For older patients often the disease was well advanced prior to the diagnosis being made, making treatment more problematic.
