Possibly: Not usually as an isolated symptom, though. Chest buring or pressure radiating to the throat with breathlessness is a more typical description. Isolated throat burning, especially if it is not related to exertion, is unlikely to be from the heart. Nontheless, i would urge you not to smoke as someday, it will be your heart.
