In a two week span ive had heart palipatations, and nausea. the first week i threw up, now i need to throw up but it wont come out. my throat is burning maybe acidic i dont know. terrible diet, but what could be going on? nausea/leg muscle spasms?

You should see your doctor. Palpitations with nausea needs to be evaluated. You may have severe reflux that should be treated. Maybe see a nutritionist and improve your diet. Good luck to you!
