Probably not: This would most likely be "heart burn" which is predominantly an esophageal issue called "pyrosis." decrease foods that aggravate your symptoms and avoid spicy substances, sodas, hot sauce, acidic foods (citrus, etc). There are several otc meds that can help with heart burn too. Seek medical attention if it persists. Best wishes.
