Decaf and lactofree: You can enjoy your teas and even some coffee, but i would realy stick to decaf as much as possible. As far as being lactose intolerant (and i know from personal experience), there are many lacotse free products out there now. You can buy lactose free milk (tastes exactly like regular milk), and can use that to make things like pudding, etc. Also, yogurt is a good addition for more dairy.
