I had just been diagnosed with colitis at the er on thursday and now i have had green stools for 3 days. the stool culture is negative, so what is it?

It's okay: Its probably from the antibiotics but could be from the colitis itself. In any case, the green stool part is not immediately dangerous. Just be sure to follow up with your doctor for the colitis.
