Food allergy?: You probably changed your diet when you moved. Start by avoiding fried foods because oils heated to high temperatures become toxic. Then pay attention to what you eat that makes symptoms worse. A lot of people are sensitive to gluten (try avoiding that) . Another thing to try is taking a probiotic supplement to balance the bacteria that belong in you gut.

Health service: Without knowing your diet, what GI problems you may have had previously, whether you take in enuf liquids each day and other facts it is very difficult to give you advice. Most colleges have a student health service in which you can see a doctor or nurse practitioner who may be able to provide more advice. Good luck with this, and on your exams.

Probably IBS: Ibs is characterzied by pain/cramping, altered bowel habits in the absence of specific organic disease. Other symptoms common to ibs include bloating, gassiness, frequent/urge to have bm, early satiety, dyspepsia symptoms etc... Often = nuisances, but can be debilitating at times.
