Perhaps: Sometimes small salivary glands can become blocked and feel like little lumps in the mouth. If after 7-10 days, nothing changes, or they get bigger, see your dentist or physician.

Bumps on palate: Depends on how long they have been there, and whether they are hard, soft or painful. A hard bony bump in the midline of the palate is called a torus, which is normal and which many people are not aware of until it becomes sore or injured. It is best to have any bumps or lumps in the mouth checked by your dentist.
