Burning palate: A viral infection can cause your soft palate to burn or sting. But so can many other things. If you are being treated for the sinus infections n talk to your treating doctor. If you are not being treated then you should see someone and get this looked at. See a dentist regarding your mouth and your primary care for the sinus infection.
