I have a hard lump under the skin next to my nose like where my maxillary sinus is what could this be? does it sounds serious? it comes and goes i have seasonal allergies as well. and sometime i get tooth infections and sinus infections

So many symptoms: Some of which may be related, some may be from distinctly separate problems. I'm concerned that you have recurrent infections but you did not report treatment. Infected teeth do not self heal and require root canal or extraction, see a Dentist. Infected sinuses require medication, see an ENT. Allergies should be evaluated by allergist. Lump may be cyst, draining tooth infection, neoplasm, etc.
