Go on your own: At 21 years old you can make medical decisions on your own. Although mild concussion, determined by no loss of consciousness rarely causes long term issues if its give you piece of mind you should go on your own.

The symptoms can include headache, dizziness, vision change (blurred vision/ double vision), nausea/vomiting. If your symptoms or headache are severe, or if you have a loss of consciousness, you should get evaluated immediately.
