My sister has been diagnosed with scarlet fever how long do i need to keep my two year old daughter away from her?

24h: After a patient is on antibiotics for 24h, he or she is not considered contagious. It is also helpful after diagnosis of scarlet fever/strep throat to change tooth brushes so that they don't reinfect self.
