Many: Depends on why you cannot take cymbalta (duloxetine). Effexor (venlafaxine) or Amitriptyline are 2 possible options. Discuss these and other possible options with your doctor.

Many good options: I don't advise Cymbalta (duloxetine) for most with fibromyalgia; i prefer to address the underlying cause. Many with fibromyalgia have undiagnosed lyme; it's important to rule it out & most tests are inaccurate! many also have suboptimal thyroid function. Magnesium malate & fibrinol (a seaweed extract) are among many supps that help. See http://www.Endfatigue.Com/ & consult a holistic doc: http://www.Abihm.Org.
