Which medecine is better for fibromyalgia liryca or cymbalta (duloxetine)? i am on cymbalta (duloxetine) 60mg for the last 10 days i didn't notice any difference yet

If you've been on 60mg for more than 2 weeks you might ask your prescribing professional to increase your prescriptio gradually up to the maximum recommended dose before adding other medications to your treatment regimen.

Both are good.: Both medicines are good. The Cymbalta (duloxetine) not only helps the pain but the depression that is ubiquitous to the condition. They are often used at the same time. You have to wait at least 3-4 weeks to feel any benefits. The effect is very subtle and you will not feel a dramatic difference as you would a pain pill.
