How are....: ...You feeling so far? That is what is most important. Have you had any side effects? Most common when starting would be slight nausea. If you are tolerating it well now, that's great, it gives you the chance to see what it can possibly do for your fibromyalgia. You have to try it to find out how effective it can be for you. Give this dose time, then discuss with your dr whether to increase or not.

Cymbalta (duloxetine): In general this is a well tolerated medication and often used successfully for people with fm. Side effects can include skin rashes, nausea, dizziness swelling, and changes in mood either up or down. Always bring any such changes to the attention of the prescribing doctor.
