Depeds: Could be anything frm hemorrhoids, fissure, colitis, colon polyps or colon cancer. Could also be duodenal ulcer. Get it thoroughly evaluated. Age is irrelevant when it comes to bleeding. It is not normal. Be safe and seek an expert.
