Nope: Sorry- we haven't found any substances yet that can reverse that process. Statins looked promising at one point but a couple of key trials ended up being negative. That said, at 21 you shouldn't have thick heart vavlves. Consider an evaluation for rheumatic fever and certain drug effects if you do.
