Could be: Flattering in the chest could represent an extra heart beat such as vpc (ventricular premature beat) or atrial premature beat. It feels like a skipp heart beat. It is usually begnin if you have no structural heart disease. You may need to cut back caffeineted beverages. However if it is persistant it is possible you may have some kind of (svt). You need an outpatient 24 hour holter monitoring.
