Probably nothing: You need to see your pcp to be sure. A chest x ray with some blood work would be a start. Do you smoke? Is their a family history os asthma. You are too young for heart related problems however, an ekg is warranted. Imaging is certainly necessary at this time. Other work up may be necessary.

Two nights in a row was in bed had left sided chest pain accompanied with back pain shortness of breath for about 15-20 min. Since then when I walk or do anything I feel winded. Seems to get worse as each day passes. Im a 29 year old female with two kids.
