Highly unlikely: Home urine pregnancy tests are highly reliable when performed properly and in the proper time frame. The typical time frame when one would expect the test to be positive would be 7-10 days after a missed period. Therefore having two separate tests show negative into the second trimester is highly unlikely if one is truly pregnant.
