If no sex since...: If a woman has had no sexual activities since delivering her baby, she cannot be pregnant again. If she did have sex recently, and has a positive pregnancy test, there may be another cute little baby on the way. A repeat urine pregnancy test done next week can give the answer. The tests are very accurate, but if worried about accuracy, one can test with two brands of home pregnancy tests.
