It is good.: After exposure to hiv, most people who become infected will have a positive HIV RNA test by 32 days. The 2d generation antibody test is also usually positive by then, but may take a little longer. I would be much less worried, but it is always a good idea to repeat the antibody test at 90 days to be sure.

Almost conclusive: This combination is almost 100% conclusive. However, the older (second generation) antibody tests can take up to 3 months to become positive. Have another test at that time; or have a 3rd or 4th generation test would be conclusive now.
