You have HIV infection. You likely have very low levels of virus circulating in your body, (hence the negative HIV RNA assay) slowly destroying your T lymphocytes (hence the “everything else” being negative). HIV can be a very slowly progressive disease, over years or decades (except for a very, very few “elite controllers”). You need an HIV specialist to discuss options.
