Am i hiv positive if the 4th generation hiv test is reactive with no antibodies for hiv 1 or 2 and no qualitative hiv 1 rna? i took an hiv test jan 2021 & aug 2021 and it came out reactive 8 months apart.. everything else was negative?

You have HIV infection. You likely have very low levels of virus circulating in your body, (hence the negative HIV RNA assay) slowly destroying your T lymphocytes (hence the “everything else” being negative). HIV can be a very slowly progressive disease, over years or decades (except for a very, very few “elite controllers”). You need an HIV specialist to discuss options.
