What tips do you have for someone dealing with anxiety?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Charles Barnhart
47 years experience in Psychiatry
Talk to a pro: There are many causes of anxiety and several different treatment options. Try to steer clear of long-term use of anti-anxiety medications called benzodiazepines although they may be useful in the beginning while other treatment is started.
