Anxiety Treatment: Treatment of Anxiety is most beneficial with Therapy, Medication, Breathing and Music Relaxation, Visual Imagery, Meditation, Yoga and Tai Chi. Therapy is to understand stressors in your life, feelings and symptoms due to them, learning coping skills with anxiety, and resolving emotional conflicts. Effective medications for Anxiety are-Ativan, Xanax (alprazolam) or Bupar. See Psychiatrist and discuss these.

Ok....: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, medications are helpful. SSRIs with anti anxiety effects include paroxetine, mirtazidine. Cognitive behavioral therapy might be more effective long term. http://www.nerdpocalypse.net/cbt.html
