TMJ or claudication: It may from tightness of the chewing muscles. However if it worsens the longer you eat, improves with rest, then again gets worse the longer you eat then it could be from giant cell arthritis. Get a blood test sedimentation rate. If you have this condition then it affects the medium sized arteries and can cause blindness and other problems. See a doctor soon.
