Yes: A problem with tooth/teeth could cause most of those symptoms.

Yes: The common denominator of your symptoms is the toothache. Aside from your cold symptoms, get your tooth evaluated. You could possibly need a root canal, or perhaps sinusitis is causing the toothache. Visit your dentist or endodontist asap.

See a dentist: See a dentist asap for an evaluation. The cold should be getting better by the time you get to see the dentist. They may be able to solve your problem or they will know who to refer you to. You may have more than one problem. Pain is an indication of a problem, and a cold would not be causing you that much pain/toothache.

Yes: Let the dentist know you have a cold before you get but get in to see him. Symptoms could be from infected tooth or infected sinus. You might also want to see physician to ck your sinuses, throat and ears.
