Good care: You will find a caring office full of people who want you to provide a way to dental health. The hygienist will gently clean your teeth to stop any gum disease and take some x-rays to discover any hidden problems. The dentist will examine your mouth noting normal features and things needing repair or treatment. They will ask what is your chief concern so as to determine your wants. Good luck.

Evaluation: Typically on a first dental visit, you will fill out a dental and medical history, along with personal information, all of which is needed in order to render you the best dental care. Bring a list of all medications you take and any dental insurance information, if covered. You will receive a complete clinical exam and whatever x-rays they feel are appropriate. Next, depends on office. Ask first!
