IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS FOR A DIFFICULT EXTRACTION THAN TAKE BOTH ONE HOUR BEFORE APPT.-IF FOR A FILLING OR CLEANING THAN THE EXCEDRINE IS GOOD.
