Reason to smile: You're one step closer to getting permanent teeth. If you've already had the natural teeth removed then you can expect a far less uncomfortable experience having the implants put in. Most patients only need advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin after implant placement.

It depends: Some swelling, some discomfort . All can be managed by a dentist.

Do not worry: There should not be any problem, get them done with a specialist in that field, it is easy to work on the anterior area than is the posterior( easy acess, anatomy, etc) the only problem is the aesthetics, but we know how to work with that.
