Anonymous note: Leave a pamphlet or print-out about halitosis on the teacher's desk and maybe the teacher will get the hint. You can also offer a freshener like a mint to the teacher when you are near him or her.

Not much.: Your grade is important. Proceed with caution. Maybe offer her a stick of sugar-free gum or a mint. She may get the hint. Give subtle hints and maybe suggest you saw your dentist to treat a foul odor and you're very happy you did.

Tell her one on one: If you care for someone, tell them nicely when you two are alone. Tell her the solution to her problem and help her to get the solution. Usually a good teeth cleaning should help on the dental side. Print out your research and give it to her on the medical side (gi problem, diabetes). Honesty is everything, but do it tactfully alone with her.
