Any!: Best high intensity cardio or weight training. A mixture of both is best. However, high intensity activity requires pre-training at lower intensity. Another important factor is your enjoyment of the sporting activity. If you enjoy it, you are more likely to continue!

Weight loss: Eat a low calorie diet under the advice of a doctor and do any exercise for at least 30-60 minutes everyday. The exercise should be at least moderately strenuous.
