Pain, BP,swelling: Flank pain, fluid retention with ankle swelling or puffy eyes, diminished urination, blood in urine, shortness of breath, elevated blood pressure which can cause headaches or vision changes. Unfortunately signs and symptoms tend to occur when kidney problems are already well established. Fluid retention symtoms can occur early with "nephrotic syndrome".
