Lower back swelling/lump near sacral area. showed it physically to 2 surgeons, one said normal another said its just fat deposits. but problem is when i poop, that area feels tight, & smtyms it feels burning and hot on the skin(not deep). pls help?

Lower back lump and tightness and burning there when you poop are not related and might be co incidental. If two surgeons told you that there is nothing very abnormal then you should be reassured.
