Kidney problem what is the sign?

Depends...: ... On what's actually wrong. Pain for infection, stone, and some tumors; swelling of the body for nephrotic syndrome; feeling terrible and not urinating for kidney failure; thirst and peeing a lot for fluid-wasting tubulopathies, blood in the urine / brown urine for mild nephritic syndrome.

See below: There is no specific one sign, it depends on the rapidity and severity. One of the tests is a blood urea, and creatinine and a urine analysis, to determine severity.

Varies: Until you lose 80-90% of your kidney function, you may not have very clear symptoms unless you have blood or urine test to see how the kidneys are functioning. If you have significant kidney problems, you might have high blood pressure, ankle swelling, fatigue (due to anemia), etc.
