See below: I can try and answer since it is a very broad qs. Kidney failure and liver can be measured by labs/blood tests, eg creatinine for kidney and liver enzymes and bilirubin for liver. Early on in kidney failure there can be no symptoms until kidney function is quite low ie less than 15 %.Before that there may be anemia, hypertension, bone metabolism etc at 10-15 % there may be anorexia, nausea vomiting.
