If you are hyperglycemic what foods can you eat when your blood sugar is high?

Treatment: You need to discuss with your doctor. You may need to have your medication adjusted. High blood sugars are exacerbated by anything with calories if not properly treated. Anything without calories won't affect your blood sugar directly. However, your liver will continue to manufacture an abnormal amount of glucose without proper treatment.

I want to eat foods with a low glycemic index because my blood sugar is a little high. Is 7 high?

Yes: If you mean an a1c of 7, it's high and you have an extra 20-40% risk of dying from problems w/diabetes compared to having a normal glucose. Eat less, exercise more, lose weight and you probably need medication: at least metformin and possible additional rx. See your doctor.

I have high diastolic blood pressure for a long time now, but Im young, healthy, skinny and eat well. Dont know what is wrong?

Many don't: High blood pressure is sometimes related to specific definable and fixable issue. However, the majority will eventually be classified as "idiopathic" hypertension, which means we really can't explain why. Lifestyle and diet changes can help some with lower levels but some will benefit from specific medications.
