No, but...: A normal pelvic ultrasound and a negative pregnancy test means a woman is not pregnant, so the doctor will likely look for other causes of the symptoms if the symptoms persist. But, if a woman is continuing to have sex without contraception, she may get pregnant (or have gotten pregnant some days prior to the last testing), and get positive test results if re-tested a few weeks later.
