Probably not.: If your blood test is negative, and there is no baby in your uterus, then you are probably not pregnant. If you are, it would be a dangerous ectopic pregnancy but a repeat blood test should be enough to prove that you are not. Could the baby "kicks" be stool in the bowel or bowel gas moving around instead? Fibroids can make you feel full or pregnant. You should talk to your provider.
