What symptoms?: How long after the missed period was the test done? Could it have been done too early? A doctor would need to take a history, perform physical examination, including pelvic ultrasound to give a meaningful opinion. Lab tests need to be interpreted in the total clinical context and it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion on fragments of information.
