A member asked:

My temperature in the morning was 36.2 then after drinking warm water and eating my temperature raised to 37.0 degrees, my hands and feet are quite cold . i had a long bike ride and gym session, does over exhaustion cause this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

With cold hands and feet the body tends to shunt blood flow to the interior of the body as a reflexive response. It's not uncommon to have cold extremities and yet perspire in the armpits. I don't think over exhaustion plays a role here but cold extremities do.
