Must be a reason.: Hands actually do not fall asleep without any reason. There is a good reason but it cannot be known without understanding more about your symptoms. When does it occur, when does it not occur? What part of the hand is affected? Is there any muscle weakness? Is the r hand as affected as the left? At the end of the day carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar nerve injury are the most common causes.
