I have very bad stenosis in my back. i know this can cause a lot of pain. my legs are achy, mostly at night. could it cause my hand & fingers to feel like they have fallen asleep, numb?

The lower back lumbosacral stenosis is NOT causing problems with your arms, but there could be cervical stenosis also, and this needs evaluation. Another cause maybe a peripheral nerve issue such as carpal tunnel syndrome. Testing via an EMG/ NCS could provide definitive answers.
