: The lower back lumbosacral stenosis is NOT causing problems with your arms, but there could be cervical stenosis also, and this needs evaluation. Another cause maybe a peripheral nerve issue such as carpal tunnel syndrome. Testing via an EMG/ NCS could provide definitive answers.
