Carpal tunnel synd.: A thorough answer to your question is difficult because there are so many variables. For instance, what kind of work do you do? Was it the entire hand or just part of it? Based mostly on your age, carpal tunnel syndrome is a possibility. It is caused by the squeezing of a nerve as it travels through a part of the wrist called the carpal tunnel. A visit with your doctor would give you the answer.
