I feel some stretching at my episiotomy site after 50 days of delivery. what can i do to get relief from that.

Use it or lose it.: I assume you have had your 6-week gyn check after having your baby, &have been given the "all clear!" to have sex again. Vaginal tissue is very forgiving, and will stretch and accomodate wonderfully. The problem here is that you now have stitches and a scar where there was once normal vagina. Continue to have sex regularly to "work it out." this will be a matter of time and patience. All is good.
