Lightheaded w/period: Are you having any pain?How many pads/tampons per day?/ if > 7 to go to ER. Check thyroid, not uncommon to have thyroid issues after pregnancy, Check blood pressure, check CBC. May need sonogram r/o retained products, Make sure you are hydrated, drinking 3-3.5 liters a day water/gatorade/milk especially if breast feeding. Call your OB this AM or go to ER this AM blacking out is not usual
